The land excursions were amazing. Not only did I learn about Greek and Roman culture, I learned how olive oil and silk are harvested. We took the Rome pre-extension and were very pleased with the beautiful hotel. We specifically wanted to see the no-line Coliseum underground tour, and visit the Pantheon. The service was excellent aling with all of the food at the main restaurant and the World Cafe. The tea at the Winter Garden was lovely. The size of the shop is substantial and with only having 930 passengers it never feels crowded. The crew keep the ship spotless and maintained.
