This is a review of my family’s cruise on the Norwegian Epic from Rome to Rome beginning 5/31/2021. We had a fantastic time. Rome We arranged through NCL to have 3 nights in Rome before our cruise. NCL provided shuttles to and from the port, but not from and to the airport which we managed ourselves. It’s a good idea to get into your departure city a day before the cruise in case of airline ...

Destinations were excellent. Crew very nice. Food ok but not spectacular. Technical staff not qualified to change a cabin light bulb in my opinion. Waited 45 minutes at 11 pm to have someone open our cabin door. Only one person on the ship had a mechanical key. Next day, they decided to change the battery. That lasted 24 hours. Tried again next day as door would not open again. Supervisor ...

Review of Princes Regal cruise, May 28 - June 4, Rome to Athens This is my feedback regarding our cruise on the Princess Regal from Rome to Athens, May 28 through June 4, 2022. Stateroom: The stateroom was very clean and functional. LOTS of storage space under the bed. The closet was VERY spacious, with LOTS of hangers. All storage for clothes was exceptional. Bathroom: The ...

After multiple last moment airline changes Princess put us on Level and Princess rep had never heard of LEVEL airline was and sadly is not a good airline, filthy toilets, lazy sullen crew who did not care. Last cruise pre-pandemic was on the Regal (for us) in December 2019 and first Princess cruise since the pandemic was also on the Regal. Sailed from Rome to Athens (May 28 - June 4) and from Athens to Barcelona (June 4 - 11). First back to back cruise for us. Used Princess' suggested hotels and transfers at both Rome and Barcelona ports. Arrived at port in Rome, had to take a covid test since I ...

This cruise was chosen due to the locations that it was traveling to. It seemed like a fun idea to travel so European countries and go on the excursions. We were so excited, but as the cruise went on, there were more and more red flags. CONS -The water does not come with the drink package. You have to pay for water bottles, and you are not able to fill you water bottles at the drinking ...

We consider ourselves as easily pleased and fair - so here goes The boarding at Civitavecchia (Rome) was seamless at our allocated time. We had all our paper work ready and check-in complete, with COVID test etc, which I think helped as there were plenty of folk sitting around waiting. If you do decide to get a test there, yes, as advertised, it will cost $65. There were places apparently in ...

We did a 7 night repositioning Greek Isles cruise. It's our 3rd on Princess (20+ cruises in total). We've cruised on the Royal princess before which is a same class ship. But the regal is slightly better in design. Pros..... - The ship is lovely. Understated luxury. The swimming pools and hot tubs are great. Well equipped modern gym. - Staff were all amazing. A real credit to ...

The online checkin was easy. The Medallion app worked fine at home. However, on ship it’s another story. Princess offered free Covid testing in Rome, a very nice service. After testing negative we were guided to the checking area. This area was a mess! There were many different lines that were confusing to most passenger. We were booked on a S3 suite which included priority embarkation. No ...
