Good points - staff always a smile, chat, helpful, jean our cabin person very good. Bar staff at shakers amazing, speedy remembered what you were drinking funny always a smile. Cruise was recommended by a friend. I usually sail with Royal Caribbean lines. I thought I would try a different one. You really notice the cut backs on this ship.
