The Worst Customer Service Ever!

I have never encountered such an ineffective customer service (and I mean the customer desk and e-mail customer service, the other staff at the ship was ok). We were 9 in our party and had an altogether good time at the ship based on our own company, the excellent dinners and the party-crew. We have not travelled on the Costa line for 3 years and the change was beyond belief. No carafe water was served in the dining room at any time. Bottled water was available, of course, at a cost and including a service charge. Tea and coffee were available at breakfast, but not at lunch or dinner, unless one was prepared to pay for specialist drinks. The buffet closed at 5 p.m. for everything ...

Actual embarkation was Naples with the following itinerary:Palermo, Tunis, Palma, Barcelona, Marseille, Savona. Getting to Naples is easy from Rome with a 2hr train ride.
