Celebrity Silhouette Cruise Reviews for Senior to Baltic Sea from Rome (Civitavecchia)

HiIghly recommend both Celebrity and this cruise we especially enjoyed Tallin and St. Petersburg. While we took the ship provided excursion to Tallin, which was excellent, friends of our utilized Hop-on/Hop-of and seemed to have seen much of the same sites. After speaking to our friends, unless there is a specific reason to do so, I don't think we will utilize shore excursions in the future ...
