1-10 of 80 Rome (Civitavecchia) Celebrity Reflection Cruise Reviews
We cruised on Celebrity Millenium 10+ years ago and still remember the outstanding experience. We anticipated the same high quality service level and entertainment existed today, alas not.
The nightly shows in the theater were fair -- the ship's cast of singers (Broken Strings show) and show guests (We3Vocal, Divalution (Lauren Tidbit was the only good singer), Gid Pool). The ship's cast was ...
This particular sailing was way too busy. The first two days of the cruise were sea days but after that, it was port after port after port. A saving grace was an overnight in Barcelona. I just wished the overnight was in La Spezia. The itinerary was a big blur as I tried to look back. * I booked a Suite Class room directly through CelebrityCruises.com. The website indicated in-suite espresso. I ...
We picked this cruise because of the ports especially La Spezia as we wanted to go to Cinque Terre and also the price.
Ship embarkation was well organized and quick.
Cabin was inside guarantee and was on deck 8 front and was spacious lots of storageand larger bathroom also with lots of cupboards. It was a long walk to main dining room.
Dining only did main dining room which we had fixed ...
This was our third time sailing on The Reflection. It’s a lovely ship and in good condition ( except for a tattered vanity chair in our cabin). Our balcony cabin was conveniently located midship near elevators. The Western Mediterranean itinerary was very nice. There were two sea days which we spent in the air conditioned indoor pool area. Weather was extremely hot in every port. We dined each ...
Celebrity Reflection, June 29th to July 09th 2018.
We choose this cruise because it included Santorini and Athens the two places that this cruise included but we had not visited previously.
The ship was full and included a rather larger number of children than normal. The children being children were loud, boisterous and played around in the lifts. Security guards were noted by their ...
We chose this ship mainly for the itinerary, and we had heard celebrity cruises was one of the best. This was our third cruise and to be honest the worst entertainment out of them all. There was only one band playing everywhere who had a weak singer, and a solo acoustic singer who was a bit depressing! The shows were done by their own team, average. No sail away party or announcements at all. The ...
We picked this cruise and itinerary based on our daughters school closing dates and also that we could suit it with our holiday schedules. We booked two cabins next to each other so our daughter who is 13 and her best friend had their own and me and my wife had our own. For those who intend to bring a child not their own on a cruise be aware that you need quite a bit of paperwork filled out for ...
I chose this cruise for two reasons, I liked the ports and I had cruised with Celebrity one one other cruise about 12 years ago and thought they were top of the line after cruising on many other cruise lines.
The ports did not disappoint me, all were worth seeing and fairly easy to manage considering a taxi was needed or a shuttle to get into town.
The ship was a disappointment compared to ...
This trip marked 31 nights this calendar year in suites with Celebrity so, if nothing else, I've got Luminae's menus committed to memory!
First the good, and there's quite a bit of good here!
The ship is in fantastic shape. The crew, excluding officers, are stellar. Seriously, similar to the Summit, this ship is filled with folks who are welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make ...
The ship was beautiful, the staff amazing and I loved Rome and the ports we visited. But the seven days at sea were a bit boring. Not much to do during the day. Most of the talks were nothing but infomercials trying to sell services on the ship. Went to play bingo, but the cost was $39, $49 or $59, a bit steep. I should have looked into it more before I booked a transatlantic cruise. Will ...
