Still top notch

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Equinox

this was our 5th cruise (and perhaps the last) with Celebrity. The "last" part of the comment was based on our last cruise which I felt like Celebrity had lost it's mojo. This cruise has renewed my faith in this carrier in delivering an above average to near premium experience. Maybe it was the ship as there are differences even in the same line, maybe it was the stateroom type (Sky suite), but ...

My boyfriend is a Royal Caribbean loyalist (Diamond level). I'm a Carnival frequent cruiser. (Platinum). We are now converts to Celebrity. The food was excellent, tasty and varied. The service was even better. After the first 2 days, the staff learned our preferences and practically bent over backwards to accommodate us. The ship is impeccably clean and well maintained. Cabin was clean and ...

This was the first cruise for both myself and my wife, I have to say it exceeded all our expectations. We arrived in Miami from Ireland 2 days before departure, we stayed in the Marriott Biscayne Bay, a great choice. On the day before the cruise we did the full triple crown tour with Miami Tour Company, a wonderful day seeing as much as could of Miami. On departure day, we got an Uber car from ...

Sailed on the Equinox out of Civitavecchia on a 9 day cruise. State room attendants were excellent, stayed out of the way and put up with our late morning starts but were always there when we needed them. MDR service and food was excellent. We didn't like our first table assignment and the maitre d immediately accommodated our request to change and put us in a great location. He was ...

I love to cruise so sailing with a company that has excellent customer service and a focus on high standards works well for me. There are so many places to relax onboard which will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to explore when you get off the boat. Although most cruise companies have cut back on the amount of food served, we felt the food in the main dining room was delicious. We ...

We sailed with celebrity for the first time last November on the Eclipse where we went on a 13 night southern exotic cartibean cruise. The ship was amazing with excellent amenities. This time we chose the Equinox doing a 9 night western med cruise which again was excellent. We book concierge class which gives us a little more attention to detail and good service from our concierge room ...

I looking to book a cruise for my family, myself, husband and 3 children, the booking process with celebrity was so easy, I told them what I wanted and got it straight away, I did ring them with questions (as it was my first cruise) and they were always very helpful. We got off the plane and celebrity cruises were there waiting for us and took us straight to the coach transfer. Upon arrival ...

This was my first Celebrity Experience having previously cruised with 2 different companies and I was not disappointed. I arranged all transfers and flights and pre cruise hotel with Celebrity and had no issues. The embarkation ran smoothly and once aboard the staff were very welcoming and friendly and always happy to help. The cleanliness of the ship was first class and the staff were very ...

Wonderful Med

Great ship - wonderful staff & kids club was superb. We enjoyed every day. The only port we did not disembark at was Livorno as we decided to stay on board and get to know our way around. At Villefranche we took a train to Monaco - very easy to do so and had plenty of time to spend in both places. At Corsica we took a ship arranged bus to the beach which was fantastic. We had the right ...

Our First Cruise

Booked a 7day Med cruise and came away wishing it had been longer. All the crew tendered to our every needs or left us alone if that's what we wished. One of my fears was getting on and off the ship but we found this extremely well organised that we never felt we were queueing. The first day on board there is a little bit of upscale selling but a simple no thank you and you are left alone. Our ...
