We love Celebrity Cruises. Everyone is always helpful, before and during cruise, polite and friendly. The Celebrity Singers and Dancers have always been our favorite. The outside entertainment on this ship were very good. We enjoyed the comedian and other musicians and especially loved the guitarist and the duo. Ashlie Amber did a special performance on our last sea day and it was ...

Having been on a cruise for the first time my impression of the trip from Rome to Barcelona was very good. I thought that to have to pay for water and soft drinks on a cruise ship is over the top as was the price to purchase them and the activities on board were limited other than that there was a lot of great advantages. The staff on board were great and very friendly and the ship was extremely ...

We are writing regarding our recent crusie with the Jet Set Sail Package. We booked this package as it was advertised as VIP Luxury tour. Upon arrival at Stanstead the drop off of baggage , check in, security and the lounge areas where 5 star and very enjoyable and a pleasure, only complaint was there was not enough daily newspapers for everyone and would have liked the option to choose ...

2 x 7 day cruises, B2B, western med Overall, a great cruise on a good ship visiting amazing destinations. We have done several cruises, including the Med, and sailed Celebrity before. On this occasion we did two cruises back to back, Rome to BCN and back to Rome. There was a clear difference between the two cruises. The first having a much younger, easy going, fun crowd and thus provided a much ...

I like starting in Rome, as this allowed us to rent an apartment (looking out on the forum, and cheaper then a hotel) for 4 nights before the cruise. We also had two teenagers (18 and 19) and this ship was great for them too. I didn't care for the artwork on the ship (none of us really did). The ship is very nice, and the food was very good (we tended to eat in the specialty restaurants). As I ...

This was our fourth cruise with Celebrity, this time we were with two good friends and they had cruised twice before wth P&O from Southampton. We had travelled on Millennium, Reflection and Equinox, so it was our second time on Equinox. As always we had booked the premium drinks package pre boarding as we like the branded cocktails and wine that comes included. We had advised our friends do ...

We chose this cruise as first timers and our travel agent suggested Celebrity as a good first timer brand. Agent was spot on, Celebrity Equinox mid ship cabin on deck 9 with a veranda. Cabin was pretty spacious and had plenty of storage space for everything we needed. Bathroom was good with a proper shower. Embarkation was efficient and we soon got to grips with the system of getting round ...

We selected this cruise because 2 years prior we had celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary on the Celebrity Reflections and had an amazing experience. Although the layout of the cruise ships (Reflections and Equinox) are very similar in what they offer, the food on the Equinox was NOT as good as the one on the Reflections ship. Other than that, they were similar. I went with my husband and ...

Celebrity's resting on its laurels.

In general, Celebrity still does mass market (or as they call it, premium) cruising better than the rest. But as of late, they have definitely slid in some areas, especially in terms of the ways in which they show customer appreciation and the way they run things on board. For instance, there used to be a very discernible difference between Aqua Class and veranda/regular staterooms. I feel ...
