We have sailed Celebrity many times in the Caribbean but this was our first time sailing Celebrity in Europe. The cruise did not disappoint. The only main complaint was embarkation in Civitavecchia. If you did not take the Celebrity transfer they left you on your own. The port has no signs and people were wandering around trying to navigate the port to get to the ship. Just returned from doing the Italy France & Spain 7 day cruise.
The ship was getting mixed reviews so we were a bit anxious, but we needn’t have been, it’s the best ship we’ve been on and we have done quite a few cruises.

Best cruise trip ever. We've done 5!
Ship is beautiful and plush, customer service excellent with smiling happy staff, food amazing with so much choice, classic package has a few cocktails and beer and wine is a decent standard, rooms are good size and furnished really well (with quite a large bathroom), entertainement is brilliant. The hardest thing is to try and criticise this ship.

This was a fantastic cruise! The ship wasn't full, so no crowds anywhere. We were greeted like royalty by the grateful and incredibly friendly staff.
