Currently on MSC Poesia world cruise. MSC Customer service has been appalling…. No response to written correspondence sent to UK MD prior to embarkation (due to multiple itinerary route changes - some of which were due to the Red Sea conflict, others due to yellow fever, others due to, well who knows!!) as final itinerary changes were made just 48hrs before embarkation and no option to cancel. ...

Heard good stories, but people do not tell the truth. We booked Door to Door, well its not really a Door to Door service offering, as you have to book the limousine from your home, Silversea use the cheapest deals with airlines, at the destination and they fail to pick you up at the airport, and when you contact them about being left in a foreign country with no pick up, no language, no phone, ...

My room steward was excellent, well trained and responsive.

We chose this as our bucket list cruise around the world. First the two items that were positive about this cruise:
1.The cabin stewards and the personnel in the Horizon Cafe were terrific when it came to service
2.The Horizon Cafe Buffet had a great selection of food which was well prepared and had a tremendous variety.

Chose the Ft. Lauderdale to Fort Lauderdale world cruise for the excellent scheduled itinerary. Was a bit concerned about the reconfiguration of the ship that replaced the aft lounge with additional cabins. Also concerned about general age and condition of ship based on reviews.
