This was our 21st and 22nd cruise, all but three being on RCCL. I am shocked at the bad reviews this ship is getting. The ship is fantastic with a lot of things the other ships don't have like the Central Park, boardwalk, and diving show.

The staff recently had layoffs and pay cuts. This is felt throughout the ship. Our room attendant was so nice but his rooms went from 15 to 22 and this was the consensus across the ship. Our waiters were grumpy and frustrated that they weren't receiving tips. We felt bad and wound up not having our room serviced.

1. Food was good
2. Drinks were good

Con's -
1. Way to crowded - our ship was at capacity or a couple hundred short of it based on what the cruise director said. This made is hard to much of anything without waiting in long lines.

Booked to celebrate our 55th anniversary. The ship was super overcrowded. Service was horrible, not enough staff!
The excursion to Sol Mar was horrible, bus was old falling apart, driver missed the entrance. Last bus to arrive at 945 and told lunch was served 10 to 11. No one wants to eat lunch at 10, we had just arrived everyone was complaining about it.
