Where do I begin: Bad food, lack of dining space, high prices for everything including tips and surcharges. Two good restaurants: The buffet and Murano (with additional charges, expensive). I am a D+ on RCL, so have really enjoyed them in the past. They now have gone paperless and have an app that you must use. It often takes 2 or 3 tries to get in.
