It started to go wrong on the second evening at dinner. Three people on my table had the lamb which came with shards of bone in each mouthful. The Maitre D was not bothered. The cruise became steadily worse. We were never offered coffee after dinner. In Lisbon the whole of my coach asked for the tour to be ended early by taking us back to the ship.
