The worst cruise experience we've had. Our cabin bathroom smells like drains so we have to put our hand towels over the two drain openings to prevent the stench from polluting our whole cabin. The buffet tables are filthy and don't get wiped after each usage or even after each meal time. We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because,the ship kept on running out of food. The majority of our past cruises have been with Royal Caribbean (RCI) and we have been happy with RCI but we wanted to try something different so we traded up to Celebrity and booked a cruise on Celebrity Infinity for March 2024. 3 days before we sailed, we were contacted by P&O who advised us that our cabin was no longer available and gave us an ultimatum of a downgrade to inside cabin with a 50% refund or cancel our holiday.
