No credit, no way. Who knows if cruising will be safe before the credits expire, and if there will be an itinerary we want to book. Or if Regent will even be in business.

We got everything refunded except for air deviation and the $100 admin fee. I have submitted a claim for the 50% of those amounts that our cancel for any reason insurance should cover.

Thanks .....   thats what I was thinking too.  Funny thing though, just got an email from my TA telling me that we can't get a refund.  I'm going to send her a copy of what was posted ......

Well it's official, per a post on the regular Regent Board, our cruise has been cancelled.  Just wondering what  the two of  you decided to do.  Did you get all of your money refunded, or did you take the future cruise credit?

I think messaging is disabled for the whole website.

My agent is really busy with all her clients cancelling plans, and no commissions coming in for many months. So it's not a good time to ask her to take over another agent's issues. Once this is all over, if you want to give her a try, email me at walt at toolworks.com and I'll set you up.

If we cancel by March 31, 15% is nonrefundable, except as a cruise credit for a future reservation made within one year. On April 1, final payment is due and 50% becomes similarly nonrefundable.

If it were me, I'd call Regent directly by March 31, cancel, and get a refund for anything you paid over 15%.

Thanks Toolworker....   You're right, no reason to push this off on to someone else.  But when we're ready to book another cruise, I will definitely reach out for a referral.
