This was disappointing but not unexpected. Cunard is offering the same cruise on the QE next year, but unfortunately September of 2021 is a bad month for us. However, we're quite interested in a 12-night QV Norwegian fjords sailing that begins, I think, on August 1, 2021. Having experienced the QM2, we're eager to compare it to one of the (slightly) smaller Cunard ships. Let's hope and pray that things will be back to normal (or some semblance of normal) by 2021. Good luck everyone!

Well Charlie Ocean you are right no cruise for us this year. Woke up this morning to an email from Cunard just what you need at breakfast time, anyway I agree it is the right decison and hopefully we can go next year. Stay safe Allison

Hello all. I am also booked for both the Alaska part and the Japan circumnavigation as well. Flights and pre cruise and post cruise hotels all booked as well. Sadly, I fear that this cruise won’t happen because of the dreaded virus. I note that Cunard are offering the same cruise in 2021 so we will hopefully change to that. We can not really do much until Cunard officially cancel this cruise. There will be incentives to rebook rather than cancel, of course. Usually 125% credit.
It’s all very sad and very alarming. I don’t think cruising will restart without at least a vaccine or cure or even partial cure - and that’s anybody’s guess as to when that will be. For now everything is on hold.
please take care and stay safe.

Thats good news we are like you still cant decide what to do, as of today N.Z is in lockdown for 4 weeks so we will have plenty of time while at home to look at cruises further out. Thanks for update Allison
