Yes, Cancelled. You can either get 100% back or 125% as a future cruise credit. If you bought through an agent, contact them. I got the email from NCL about 5 hours ago.

Just have a feeling they are going to cancel some cruises, will see?

The planes & ships will be much cleaner than they've ever been on any other cruise we've taken.
It will be a safer environment than shopping at Costco or Wal-Mart, in my opinion.
We expect that there well be fewer guests on board than usual, so that also lowers the risk.
If we wait, the number of cases may increase & be wider spread.
Mexico is a warm environment; in which viruses don't thrive.
That being said, we won't be doing our usual cross-border shopping to Washington state for the next while.
I’m going on the cruise too...mainly because it might be the only place I can get toilet paper.
