    Yeah, I too completed the refund request form and just received, what looks like an automated, email back saying they received the refund request and they will get back to me within 90 days about my future cruise credits.  So the wording leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t want the future credits, I want my money back. But I’m hopeful it’s just the way the email is worded. I’m taking a wait and see attitude right now. Will see how it plays out in the next while. I noticed that when I logged into my account they’d posted a bunch of future cruise credits. They’ll have to reverse those if they give me a refund.

    Same thing for me. That’s the first personal communication from NCL since the March 13 email explaining things. Still waiting for things to fall into place (hopefully, before they announce the extension of the cancellations and have a whole new group of people to deal with). 😢

    Did anyone get an automatic Future Cruise Credit added to their account?

     

    Background: I haven't attempted to cancel my cruise yet (and decide whether to take the 125% Future Cruise Credit or 100% cash refund).

     

    So I was surprised to see an email from NCL on March 22 (yesterday) that I have a 50% FCC posted to my account and it's listed as "Your 100% Future Cruise Credit". Also have another 25% bonus FCC (25% of the FCC) and it's showing as "Your 25% FCC Bonus Credit".  But the dollar amounts are only 1/2 of my actual cruise fare paid (maybe each person booked in the room gets 1 of the FCCs?). 

     

    My question is: is this the 125% FCC refund already applied? Or an extra set of funds meant as compensation for inconvenience on top of our 100% cash refund or 125% FCC refund?

     

    I haven't called my travel agent or NCL yet since phones are probably swamped. Curious if others have seen this yet. Thanks
