    I have now received a full refund from RCI. Cruises Only will refund our trip protection, but not the $25.00 booking fee. Who is considered a Mariner Travel Agent?

    Received everything back. Had booked cruise through TA, and they notified us and given credit on 09/10. Credit for drink package and Excursions was done by Royal on 09/14. We had booked air separately and wound up going to Florida anyway to assist family with cleanup. Hoping to re-book soon, but still trying to figure out dates.

    We received our entire refund last week but in 4 different credits.

    We have only received the shore excursion refund so far. We did book another cruise, so asked the CSR how to use our FCC. He contacted another department and it took about 45 minutes, but they created our FCC and applied it to the new booking as well as transferring our OBC that we had used credit card points for. Also dealing with the Mariner TA that was canceled about two weeks before this one.

    Have you received your full refund? We are still some short, but haven't called RCI. Are you to receive the exact amount paid in? Are we refunded Leisure Care (Insurance), since they canceled? Thanks.
