A pleasure.  let me know if I can help with anything else.  We are embarking on 18 September so hopefully we'll bump into each other.  Hope you are enjoying your visit. Currently we are on the coast south of Kamakura.  Hot and humid.  Winds and weather tomorrow!

    Hi fredu

I don't think there is a shuttle from Yokohama but on the day of disembarkation there is a free shuttle to

Sakuragicho station.  The closest station to Osambashi Pier is Nihon-Odori and then a very easy walk to the pier.  Easy with luggage on wheels.  Look for the elevator to get from your platform to the road level.

    Thanks Baer,

That is EXCELLENT & USEFUL information, exactly what I was after.

    I appreciate the courtesy.

For those who have done this cruise before, anyone knows if Princess provides shuttle service from the train station

in Yokohama TO the ship prior to the cruise?

We're flying a week before to do a land vacation in Tokyo, then the cruise and then on to Osaka for a week after the

    cruise.

From past experience, we were provided with a complimentary shuttle from the ship TO Yokohama station after

    the cruise.

We know how to walk from the station to the ship, we've done it before but with no luggage although we do

travel light with one medium piece of luggage each.

Thanks for any insight anyone can share.
