    We too canceled prior to celebrity cancelling -Our only compensation was future cruise Voucher- which we received and are  using on a carribean cruise going out today -Can you believe we  are being charged a cancellation fee per person .This means you’re really are not getting 100% Of what you paid for your Asian cruise back from Celebrity !!!!our vouchers were a $1000($500pp) less than what we paid for Asia👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻got a love that right 😏 we really feel cheated. Why would any intelligent  person want to go to a country with a health epidemic with the possibility of deadly consequences!

    We have now received full cash refund, 50% FCC Voucher and a refund for all trips booked through Celebrity.

    We have also received £300 each, which I take it is for the original flight change from HK to Singapore (although we claimed the full £500, backed up by invoices etc). I made this claim before the cruise was cancelled and despite a follow up email to UK customer relations have had no response.

    We have also been advised that we can claim up to $300 for flight changes following X cancelling the cruise . This will be useful as we made alternative plans to travel to Phuket and Bali from Singapore.

    We booked the cruise through a UK TA and the flights independently.

    I was told we'd get complete refund between 7-10 days, so we'll see, Hard to beleive we'd have been on the ship for a week now
