Oceania knew in advance that the seas were rough around Bermuda and the ship would not be going there. Instead of three days in Bermuda, Oceania substitute a day at sea, a day at its Great Stirrup Island, and a day in Jacksonville.

Well day 2 the norovirus struck the ship again. We were on this protocol the rest of the cruise even though after 10 days no new cases and down to 2 quarantined. The staff was doing their best but could never keep up. This was especially noticed by the last few days of the 14 day cruise. Terrace Cafe was a disaster with keeping up with food and service.

We received a email one day before cruise that our boarding would be delayed 1 hour because the ship had experienced the norovirus on the previous cruise and they were going to sanitize the ship.
