No activities….boring

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Evrima (Ritz-Carlton)

The ship is gorgeous , the most beautiful ship I have ever been to The cabins are beautiful, but not very practical. The food is quite good, but the service in the restaurants tends to be slow The are almost NO ACTIVITIES!, no lectures, no shows, not even tea-time When we made a comment about the lack of activities onboard, we were told that the concept here is different, this is ...

Underwhelming

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Evrima (Ritz-Carlton)

I didn’t read the reviews before going on this voyage so wanted to keep an open mind. We have done 19 plus cruises to date. We are a 41 year old couple. The cruise did not live up to what I expected. Let me highlight the details. 1. Jacuzzi on deck 9 is falling apart and peeling. 2. Don’t expect any service at the pool. Front jacuzzi on deck 9 is all self service. Would be nice if ...

Comfortable cabin, training needed

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Evrima (Ritz-Carlton)

The cabin was comfortable and spacious in comparison to other standard cabins. Mattresses and bed linen are top notch. The bathroom toilet and shower were in separate stalls and quite spacious. The double sinks were a nice touch. However, our shower door leaked streams of water on the floor every time we showered. We reported it the second day and it was still leaking 3 days later. We reported it ...

Beautiful New Small Ship Option With Some Challenges

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Evrima (Ritz-Carlton)

A friend and I sailed on the 7 month old Ritz Carlton Evrima for 5 days from Ft. Lauderdale to the Bahamas and back. The good… A beautifully designed ship. The interiors are modern, but muted. The cabin we had was a nice size, but unfortunately our king bed couldn’t be separated into two twins as promised by our sales agent. The bathroom was large with two sinks and marble throughout. ...

The most amazing experience

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Evrima (Ritz-Carlton)

If the title of my review doesn't give you an idea of just how magnificent this journey was, then I don't know if anything I type hereafter will suffice. First of all, the yacht is gorgeous! The customer service when booking and checking in was as you'd expect from the Ritz Carlton brand. When you arrive at the port (by way of your private chauffer) you are immediately met with a glass of MOET ...

Beautiful ship. But too many disappointments.

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Evrima (Ritz-Carlton)

Let me preface this review by saying that we are not big cruisers. That said, we travel often and travel well. We know what luxury is. We know what good service is. Finally, we know what value for money is. Sadly, Evrima did not deliver. While we understand that Evrima is a new ship and will cut her some slack, the reality here is that Ritz Carlton is relying too much on its experience ...

Long way to go...

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Evrima (Ritz-Carlton)

We were canceled twice - but finally set sail for the Christmas cruise in 2022. The ship is pretty - nice that it was brand new. Our room was fine - nothing special. We were so disappointed in the service. Our room attendant was actually top notch, and our personal concierge was fair. Seemed as though every little aspect of our cruise was a challenge for the staff, though. We never sat out ...

We were 1st time cruisers. We choose this ship because of it's luxuriousness. This ship is absolutely beautiful. Grand Suite - rooms were wonderful. - Spacious, king bed, separate walk-in closets, full size bath tub, 2 sinks, shower, separate WC, large balcony, dining room seats 6, living room has couch and leather chair ottoman long desk and entryway. I would always request a room on Floor 7. ...

Booked Ritz Carlton; received Courtyard Inn

For disclosure, I am a former restaurateur and have worked for decades in luxury hotels around the world both at the service point and at the managerial/executive level. We were one of the many people who had booked early and got cancelled several times because the boat was not ready to sail. No big deal. We travel a lot and in luxury; with not a lot of time constraints. So this was not an ...

Fantastic experience

Was within the first few months of Ritz Yachts starting sailing and there were definitely a few odds and ends being learned. Overall the ship was fantastic, definitely a private yacht type experience. Many spaces to have to yourself onboard. We had the smallest class of room "Terrace" which was a full size suite with a hotel size bathroom and a wonderful terrace. Spa was fantastic all of the ...
