My 2nd ever cruise and first on a so-called Prestige Line ship. Voyager as a ship was tired and clearly in need of refurbishment. Regent was rated in top 3 luxury liner but this trip was a disaster! Great experience all way around. Stateroom was on the 7th level. My room keeper was excellent. Room was prepared immediately after I left. He noticed any repairs that required fixing and had a service person take care of it at once without delay. Very friendly and helpful. All staff on board were extremely friendly and helpful.
