20 years ago for or honeymoon me and my wife went on a 7 day French and Italian rivieras on Royal Caribbean. On our 20th anniversary we decided to go back to the Caribbean. This time we went to Greece. When we arrived at the Haifa, Israel port we had to walk 2 miles going through the sign in process. Our room and room attendant was great! Our waiters at the fine dining was thoughtful and ...
I have to say I am now 57 years old and this is the worst holiday I have ever had. One positive note was the boarding process which was pretty slick. After that we had Breakfast on the first day in the Wind Jammer restaurant which was disgusting, filthy dirty, food all over the floor, no tables available and when they were they weren't cleaned. People walking around eating their breakfast, pushing ...
My experience will be unforgettable because it wasn't good at all. Starting from the breakfast,we had to wait about 15 min to enter because there was no table available as they were saying to us but there were many as far as we could saw. We asked for marmalade the 2nd day and they told us was finished ,but the table next to us had. The shows were a disaster. After dinner there was al.ost nothing ...
Royal Caribbean have now introduced a fifty five dollar covid testing for every passenger doing a back to back cruise. Although it had cost us sixty euros for both of us to get a covid test at Rome airport to embark on the cruise in the first place, RCL have now introduced this extortionate charge for passengers doing a back to back cruise (two one week cruises in our case). So please be aware of ...
We have written 14, 4 and 5 star reviews about Royal and this should have been another. But it turned out quite differently.
The internet has many of stories about passengers being removed from cruise ships. But what if the incident was caused by a crew member? Can you ask for and receive help? Can you defend yourself? The answer we soon found out is.....NO. What happened to us on the Rhapsody ...
I will start by saying this was my 6th cruise overall but my first with Royal Caribbean. I have cruised 3 times with Carnival and twice on Disney. My cruise on Royal Caribbean was gifted to me by a wonderful organization.
Let’s start with the refreshment package. They charge $29.89 a day (after gratuity) for use of 3 soda dispensing machines, bottled water at the bar or specialty coffee. ...
Terrible breakfast experience, really bad coffee. Activities a joke. Trivia twice in morning overlapped so could only play in one. Food cold, very poor service except at dinner. Two arrogant cocky young men did Trivia. Spoke with heavy accent, could not understand them, answers wrong, some stupid questions. Overall bad experience. Times kept changing, locations changed. No entertainment one ...
We just went on this ship in September 2019. I have sailed on many cruise ships and this one, in particular, showed its age and wear and tear. So many things not working and broken on the ship. My suggestion to Royal Carribean is to remodel this ship. It is so outdated. I can rant and rave but that's, not my purpose.
The food in comparison to other cruises I have had with Royal Carribean was ...

Especially as a Holiday / Christmas cruise, this was completely disappointing.
Decorations are basically one christmas tree.
Shows and musicians were all "canned" performances with no christmas theme.
Food was pathetic as well as the handling and preparation.
I understand how so many contracts ecoli. The first 2 days the food in the main dining room tasted like ...
