Our family of 6 adults were very pleased with our cruise on Rhapsody of the Seas. First, in terms of any negativity I would acknowledge our cabin and some areas of the ship are a bit basic and jaded in appearance. The Windjammer can be very hectic and a little difficult to get seating but with patience and perseverance an enjoyable meal can be had. Very harsh, expensive and unfair that all persons in each cabin are obliged to purchase the same drink package. Overall though we were very satisfied with our choice of ship/cruise and had a marvellous holiday. Main Compliments; Standard of service; Excellent in all areas of the ship. The many staff we encountered were amazing. Restaurants - Quality of food and service exceptional. We opted for My Time dining in the evening in the main restaurant and this suited our needs and daily plans extremely well. We had the experience of being served at two different tables and at both the service was excellent. Mostly we were at a table being served by Eddie and Samson. These gents could not be bettered. Professional, humourous and friendly. Deck 9 Pool Area - great atmosphere and staff excellent. Entertainment- Very good. Some great shows in the theatre. Listening though to Alfonso play piano and tell jokes in the Schooner bar was our main choice most evenings. The mostly all girls band from the Philippines were also fabulous. Read Less

The cruise was a treat for myself, my wife and Son (21). It started off great with a gentle cruise out of Venice capturing the views of let’s face it, stunning architecture. With purchased the all inclusive drinks package. Again what we expected no hidden nightmares. Ship Dated and in a poor state of repair : toilets not up to scratch along with the public areas below spec Sun beds dirty with no comfy option. Again we are Diamond members - should be a free option for regular members. Trips : Appalling: overly expensive with little to no quality. Absolute rip off I honestly cannot point out one positive thing other than the guide they were terrible for such a fabulous itinerary. We have complained to RCI via feedback however yet again no response. The food was average to good, entertainment was plain shocking! If you like Butlins but at sea then RCI are beginning to become exactly that. We thought Carnival were bad however this is now our worst Cruise. Avoid ! Read Less

Chacchoben Mayan Ruins Excursion Was worth every penny! Daniel the Jaguar was a wonderful guide. My husband and I learned so much and Daniel was super fun and knowledgeable. The ruins were beautiful! We took beautiful pictures. The busses to get to and from were georgeous and clean with perfect air conditioning. Salvatore was a great driver. This excursion was very safe and secure. This was the highlight of our honeymoon! The crew on rhapsody was very friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to Max and John the baristas! Also to Adriana, the dining room hostess on the 5th floor, and the servers Dominic and Paul Dan. The ship is smaller, but it’s wonderful for just relaxing, and a little older without all the bells and whistles of the bigger ships. However it’s elegant and charming. I had sinus problems on this cruise probably from something blooming in the jungle in spring, but the medical staff gave me something that really helped. Roatan port is extremely small, but we still had fun. Cozumel was a total blast! Hubby scuba dived in Belize, but I stayed on the ship that day. Read Less

The ship was clean and well maintained, however, the style was outdated. The food looked a lot better than it tasted. The food tasted bland, but was edible. The saving grace was the service. Wonderful service across the board. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, professional and smiling at all times. The main dining room staff were stars. Our server and assistant waiter were wonderful, Socorro and Fernando. Maria in the main dining room was wonderful as well as Isabella. The week I traveled had mostly seniors and a few families with small children. My son's ages 10 and 8 chose not to go to kids club since it was geared towards smaller children. MSC cruises had a better children's program in my opinion. Although I had a wonderful trip, I wish the ship was more modern and had more entertainment such as movie theatre, game room for kids with board games, pool table, etc...however, the service more than made up for it. The ship is amazing and all its beautiful locations. I was lucky to be served by Gopal and Dominic every night at the Main Dining and they were the best waiters in the world and the best I have ever had in my life they were very kind, funny and very helpful, if I have the opportunity to take another Cruise would choose the same and of course Gopal and Dominic too. Thanks to you, we spent one of the best holidays of our lives with my family, with my eyes closed I really recommend rhapsody of the seas. I really liked that at every entrance of every restaurant, bar, theater there was disinfectant soap, what a great idea. Keep doing and amazing service and incredibles shows Read Less

First and last RC cruise for me. Awful cabin, shower a joke, entertainment appalling and 400 Euro more than its way superior competitor NCL Epic. Food was good, staff without reproach but pokey , old fashioned Tiny cabin with a leaking shower and no xpelair ! I’ve had far better cruises with Norwegian, MSC and Celebrity . The entertainment /shows were of a poor standard .... . However the food is the best I’ve had on board any vessel and kudos to all the staff who work round the clock . Mobility is also an issue. 2 members of our party were disabled so had to stay on the ship at some ports as there was no way to get them into the tenders. We were told this was due to health and safety reasons but should be outlined by the tour operator when booking the cruise . My overall experience was positive but would not travel on this ship again. Read Less

I could not have chosen a better company or ship for my first cruise. Everything was perfect. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A credit to Royal Caribbean. I loved the entertainment in the Broadway theatre every night (ventriloquist, magician, Beatles tribute act, latin/ballroom dancers and balancing act). They were ably supported by the resident singers and dancers who performed three different shows (country, ballroom and singers/songwriters). Throughout the ship many other entertainment options were available. The piano man in the Schooner bar was good and I enjoyed the Up and Up dance band. Elvis (cruise director who has some moves) and Paolo (activities manager) organised everything superbly. Very funny and entertaining too. I also liked how the staff were included in several evening presentations enabling passengers and senior management to demonstrate their appreciation. Choice and quality of food was excellent. We spent the majority of meal times in the Windjammer. Chops Grille is fantastic particularly the steak and lobster (extra fee for the latter). We visited Montenegro (Kotor), Greece (Santorini and Katakolon which is the gateway to Olympia) and Croatia (Split) in 7 days after leaving from Venice. The inside rooms had all the amenities we required and accommodated 1 person sufficiently. Two would be a tight squeeze. I would not hesitate about booking another cruise with Royal Caribbean on Rhapsody of the Seas or another ship. Read Less

This was a Girls trip to Greece. This was our first European tour. We loved the Dinner service staff. This was my 1st time on Royal and I was disappointed in the boat. There was no nightly entertainment. No club on the ship at all. There was no water slide. The soft serve ice cream was not 24 hrs like on other ships it shuts down at 9pm. There was no 24hr pizza station like on other ships. The ship to me caters to older cruisers. It was a ghost time after 8pm. There was no comedy club even the casino was empty. I really enjoyed the dining room service the best I've experienced on any ship. Verdan is a true asset he really worked the room EVERY night stopped and talked to each table not to long but just enough to make it entertaining. Premjit and Vishwanee were very friendly precise and made the dinner service very memorable. Read Less

We chose this cruise for the itinerary flying to Venice stopping at some of the most beautiful places Mykonos,Montenegro(superb) Corfu, Athens etc.,It was a good enjoyable holiday withers staff were absolutely amazing each and everyone it I said definitely the best to date! special mention to all dining staff in Eidlewiess for their friendly welcome smiles.Christoa nothing was to much for him als Linden's assistant young Indian lad, whose name escapes me would make an effort to speak to us wherever we were lovely smile the entertainment was fine but ruined each night by children running amok on the dance floor, parents doing nothing,it was quite dangerous at times doing kart wheels lifting up over shoulders and dropping down, unbelievable. We were delighted with the Latin music and would have loved to watch the partners dance, alas it was spoilt. Also we love the theatre, but the times were ridiculous 7.00and 9.00. We are not dressed for theatre at 7.00 Then 9.00 we were in dining room,we have always had a late theatre show! That said the rest was very enjoyable.food great service great. Read Less

departure area was venice. so It was good for us. because my family did not visit that place before. so we already visited venice one day before departure day. our car was parked cruise parking area from one day before for additional payment. (It is not different to find out from site - pre reservation and payment) we never experieced with curise. before took the ship, we were very nervous. but all procedure is very simple (everyone of cruise clerk make us happy) cabin was very comportable and for suttible for our 4 family (4years / 3 years kids) dining was buffet. It is not easy to choose and eat. because of a varity of foods in there. additionally, just cooking food can be served. not only buffet , but also find out formal restaurants. felt formal atmosphere and mood. the food was wonderful. there is program that take care of kids. for a first time, my kids were hesitate to enter this club. but after entering, they were very satified that program. afterthat, we have free time for only our couple. not only this club (adveture..) there is pool and othere activities (rock climbing , fintiness , musical , movie outside, sing a song , dancing stage.... ) we were really fun by those program. It was schedule only 5 excursion stop by each day. we do not choose the shore excursion by running curise. but It looks like very comportable and convient from everyone. we visited every excursion by ourselves. for a one time, we almost miss the ship. if we chose the shore excursion, we did not any chance to miss the ship. It looks like door to door service. when you take off the ship, the bus or other transfortation always ready for you. one thing sorry thing is not enough time to visit excursion. normally not easily recognize this feeling , If the visted place was awesome, so you want to stay more 1 day. but I think almost 95 percent enough time to see around each excustion. the most good points of cruise no need to care about movement to find out visiting place. night time move automatically , after open eyes in the morning , you can see the other visiting place. the first impression of curise was perfect. I would like to take a curise agiain , if I have to chance. as this reviw, I really thanks for cruise team. not happen any accident and make me good memory. Read Less

I choose the cruise because the ports that it visited and I used to be loyal to Royal Caribbean because of the service. However, I notice that it has decline a little in quality details such as a welcoming at the ports. I noticed that other cruises had water and towels for their guests as they arrive the ship from the port and that was a nice detail after all day walking under the sun. The embarkation process was very smooth and comfortable. My cabin was very nice. The dining service was excellent. I think that something should be organized with the Windjammer because it's too crowded to enjoy lunch. In general, I still like the service and quality of the food. Even though the entertainment activities at night (the shows) were good, I've been to other Royal Caribbean cruises were the shows were broadway type shows. I remembered watching the play "Chicago" at one of your cruises. I think I was expecting that type of shows. However, the presentations and activities were very nice. I didn't take any shore excursions so I can't review them. Excellent Cruise!!! Read Less

We desired some quality indulgence for ourselves as we spent and celebrate our honeymoon with Royal Caribbean. We think we chose the best possible, and it worths its cost, although it was not cheap. We tried to participate many programs that Royal Carribean provided. The entertaining shows, the dancing parties were fantastic, we entertained a lot! We love the activites at the pool side, and the music of L'ements Band were fantastic! The kind of music always passed to the activities (reggea, soul, 70's, 80's, etc.) The gym room was not so big, we should wait a bit for free machines. There were always something to eat at different place of the ship. The meals was delicious. The staff of the ship was always helpful, kind, and smiling! We left the ship with happily nevertheless we lost a bit piece of our heart on that ship! I recommend that experience for my friends! Read Less

There was an endless suppply of ice cream and cold drinks tea and coffee outside the windjammer The Solarium also meals and drinks at in between hours so theres no need to ever go hungry.. Elvis our cruise director was a dream and seemed to have more energy and enthusiasm than any other person around. All the entertainment was first class and thoroughly enjoyable. My husband and I decided to book a cruise for our first wedding anniversary. I have been on a handful of cruises before but never with Royal Caribbean. This was my husband's first cruise. We didn't chose Rhapsody on purpose, we chose to port from Tampa in case we decided to drive though we ended up finding a nice deal flying. Embarkation was very smooth. We scheduled round trip airport transfers that took us to the port as soon as we landed. Tampa's port is a smaller one so that may be why it was so quick and smooth. We were on the boat about 30 minutes after arriving. I had read a few reviews about Rhapsody prior to sailing and I was a bit worried. I was aware this was an older, smaller ship. Yes, the ship does show some wear, but it was always super clean and size does not matter! Honestly, I liked the intimacy of it and seeing the same people at bars every night. The only time the ship ever felt crowded was breakfast and days spent at sea in between ports. I am not listing that as a con by any means, I understand that everyone is obviously on the ship and is most likely at the pool area. It was very hard to find chairs on these days though and people did save them even though rules stated you can't and your towel will be taken (didn't happen, pretty sure it's just a warning). We ate at the MDR every night except for one due to coming in past our dinner time at port. The food in the MDR was always good. I wish we had spent at least one meal in one of the specialty restaurants as a few couples we met told us how amazing the food was there. The Windjammer was great at breakfast but lacked options for lunch. The night we ate dinner there we had burgers from the burger station which were great. Unfortunately, we did not see any of the "Broadway" type shows because we spent most evenings in the Schooner bar playing trivia and listening to Kelly, the amazing piano player and talking with new friends. We did however, see the game show there and the little shows put on in the Centrum by Elvis, the energetic and always funny cruise director. Ports: Key West was our first port. It was beautiful and we loved it. We did the hop on hop off conch train tour. Highly recommend it to those who have never seen the island. Very informative and fun. We ate at a local bar after the tour and went back to the ship. Cozumel was the 2nd port. Also a favorite. We did not book an excursion through Royal. We instead booked an all-inclusive day pass at Mr. Sanchos resort. I read about it online and booked it through their website. Great decision! We took a $12 taxi to the resort and were welcomed with 2 beach chairs and drinks. The beach was gorgeous and water so clear and seaweed-free. Highly recommend if you like to drink and enjoy the beach/pool. Belize: We did not book an excursion ahead of time mainly because we were tendered there and I heard if the weather was even a tad off they will chose not to port. So, noticing the night before how clear the weather was, we booked a last minute excursion at the desk. Of course, there was not much left. We ended up booking the Calypso train tour. The tender was smooth and only took 15 minutes to get to Belize. The tour was absolutely not worth $80. The port of Belize is very much catered to tourists and that's about all there is to it. The "vendors" were very pushy and got upset if you did not answer them. I finally had to tell one of them who would not leave that we were late for dinner and could not stop. The town itself was poor and very run down. I would not feel safe walking around in the actual town. It left very much to be desired and I don't need to go back. I have heard Belize is great for snorkeling so if I did decide to go back I would try that. Our fault for waiting til last minute. Costa Maya: We booked an excursion here through Royal. We did the all inclusive beach day at Uvero beach. When we met our group at the pier, the tour guide informed us that the club they were originally taking us to was infested with seaweed and they were going to take us to a different but just as nice beach club. We then hopped on the bus and arrived at the beach club. It was very nice with a pool and cabanas near the beach. Still a large amount of seaweed that made it nearly impossible to enjoy the ocean. We stayed near the pool which had a swim-up bar. I would definitely sail on Rhapsody again, may go for one of the larger ships next time though. Still a great, relaxing, and fun cruise! Read Less

We decided to book Royal Caribbean’s Rhapsody of the seas, for a seven day western Caribbean cruise. That’s where the story turns. First of all the lady at the terminal when we were boarding, could not find our sea pass cards. We waited at the counter for twenty minutes. Then as we were waiting in line to board the ship, we realized we were just about the only couple who still had their luggage because there were no signs directing us where to check our luggage. We were the second people in line to board the ship. Then we were stuck with our luggage until the rooms were ready for three hours. And this where the “fun” begins. We came to realize our air conditioning was not working and had have to maintenance come to fix it. Then we realize our speaker for the ship announcements in our state room, also did not work. Next we opened the curtains to see out of our window, we found the window to be very dirty which hindered our view. Then we noticed a thick buildup of salt on the interior of the window. And lastly to our horror, we found a toenail clipping on our window sill!!!! We stayed in room 3146 in the aft, and that was the biggest mistake we could have made. Directly above us, was the fourth floor dining room. We awoke to chopping, tables and chairs sliding and what sounded like elephant footsteps directly above our bed. This happened all through the night until then we were rudely awakened every time we got into a port, of what sounded like the ship being blended into a giant blender. The windows were shaking, our bed was moving, and we could not hear each other’s voices over the sound of complete chaos. We ended up sleeping during the day to make up for complete lack of sleep from all the noises this joke of a ship emitted. Throughout the first sleepless nights, we never noticed how dirty our sheets were before we got into the bed. There was a blood stain on one of my pillow cases and stains of every color and size on our “white” sheets. The room attendant, completely did not care enough to change our sheets but proceeded to make the bed every night until we asked for new sheets. The only great experience we had aboard was our assistant waiter in the dining room- not to be confused with the subpar Windjammer cafe. We are first timer cruisers and last time cruisers on Royal Caribbean. Overall, this was the first and only vacation we have ever been on that we were more excited to go home, than to be on it. Beware of Rhapsody and Royal Caribbean’s overpriced shore excursions. It was honestly surprising to say that the port authority agents when we got to back Tampa were more helpful than the staff aboard the ship. The entertainment on the ship seemed very scripted and not genuine. It was outdated and geared for one age group- elderly. (We are in our early 20’s.) We were ready to go home after the second day. But as you all know when you’re on a cruise ship, you’re kinda stuck. We tried to make the most of our “vacation” but we’re highly disappointed. We spent entirely too much money on this cruise and could have spent the money elsewhere for a much better time. Read Less

I've never been disappointed with a ship experience when cruising on any cruise line until now. I was shocked at our room. It was like a closet! No fridge/mini bar, no outlets anywhere except the vanity area (not near the bed or in the bathroom!). Couldn't even get around the bed to crawl in. I immediately asked to purchase an upgrade, but nothing was available. Husband is diabetic and needed a mini-fridge to keep his insulin in and we were not given a working fridge until after 11 am the 2nd day (one was brought up late afternoon first day but didn't work, reported it at 9 pm, wasn't replaced for 13 hours, then took hours to cool down to be effective for storing his insulin, which I'm sure was negatively affected by then.) I know now that Rhapsody of the Seas is an older, smaller ship, but I had no idea how tiny the rooms were, and how little in terms of amenities were offered - like only 2 VERY small swimming pools (one outside, one in Solarium), no bells and whistles. I've never seen areas in the dining room out in the open where dirty dishes are collected, etc. -- very noisy and messy and distracting. That should all be out of sight of those dining. I wouldn't expect this at a common restaurant, let alone a luxury meal on a ship. Towel animals only 3 of 7 nights. Service was very good and staff very nice and accommodating. Cannot say enough about the staff who helped us get off the ship early to catch an early flight; I'm very grateful to them. Read Less

We live in Ocala so last minute sailings out of Tampa are easy for us. We wanted to do this itinerary again so this was a perfect option. Embarkation and disembarkation were a breeze. Some previous reviews had me a little concerned. Yes, the ship is older but it has charm and suited us just fine. There was plenty to do to keep us busy. Perfect weather made everything seem even better. We went to all the shows. We've seen better but these performers were very good. The food was good. The buffet was better than most buffets on all the other ships we have been on. If anything was lacking on this ship it was made up for in service. Our room steward was great. The waitstaff in the main dining room was excellent. All of the personnell on board went out of their way to make this a very enjoyable cruise. Key West was Key West. Again, we had to dock at the naval pier and take a shuttle to town. We walked around for a while and the went to D.J.'s Clam Shack on Duval to get lobster rolls. In Cozumel sometimes we don't even get off the ship. This time we had heard about trikes-cozumel.com and decided to check it out. It was a hoot. We went all around the island on a 3 wheel motorcycle. We were the only 2 customers that day but it would be so much fun to have a group. It was by far one of the best private excursions we have ever taken. You are escorted with their employees in a car ahead of you. Belize is were we stock up on some meds at the local pharmacies and enjoy lunch at one of the wateringholes. We've been to Costa Maya so many times but this time we went to the bird sanctuary. It was $12 per adult but really a nice place and the birds were beautiful. Overall, this was a great cruise. This ship left from the Port of Tampa which I knew very well, since I lived in St. Petersburg in the late nineties. Ybor City is still one of the best bar and restaurant districts in the world! The Port of Tampa is smaller than some but easy to get in and out of quickly. Parking was close to the ship, and the terminal crew got us on and off the ship very smoothly. We were part of a group of friends that chose this cruise based on the Yucatan ports of call. I knew going in that the Rhapsody was a smaller ship and we wouldn't have issues getting lost. After the first day we knew the ship like the back of our hands. Elevators can be easily bypassed by multiple staircases. Our room was clean even though we could tell it was an older ship. We had an excellent stateroom attendant named Kelsie who helped us with a great many requests. He prepared our room each day and night with skill, and left us little trinkets made from linens which was a cool personal touch. Only complaint I have really was that our room 3077 was evidently underneath a bar or restaurant because we could hear noise from chairs sliding on the floor at times, but never later than midnight (most are closed at that time) which was fine. However, sometimes my wife and I were busy making our own noises and didn't notice! It really was a minor annoyance. Overall, the crew was great, especially the main dining hall and our waitstaff. Great job Junbo and Aleksandra - we really enjoyed every night's meal and tried new things on the menu. I really enjoyed Lobster Tail night and the formal nights were very special. The Windjammer cafe had consistently good selection and quality of breakfast and lunch. We tried the Seafood buffet on Friday and it was very good quality. The entertainment director Elvis was really a character, and kept us entertained all week long. We enjoyed the Karaoke nights, the late night comedy show with Mike Pace, and the 'Newlywed game' show. We danced at the after-party on our first day at sea, and somehow I managed to rip my suit pants. The onboard tailor repaired them with skill in time for me to wear them to my next formal night, that man Mr Alvaran is a life saver! The Ports of Key West and Cozumel are commercialized tourist trap areas. If I never see another Margaritaville or Senor Frogs again, it will be too soon! In Key West, there's alot of tours available but they are expensive and short. So we just walked thru the city to the Southernmost point on Key West, took pictures and visited the Green Parrot bar and enjoyed walking back up Duval street. Tried a few things at Kermit's Key Lime pie shop, which were great flavors. Cozumel was much the same, but their tourist trap maze of a port was avoided by pre-booking an all-inclusive beach trip to Mr Sancho's resort. This was an excellent beach with swim up bars, clean restaurants and excellent food. There was many activities even for children but we mostly just chilled out, ate and drank, and swam in the sea and pool. In Belize we did the Chukka zipline and cave tour which required around a 75 minute bus ride. Our tour guide Wilhelm aka Willy, was really the highlight of the trip and he entertained and informed us about his beautiful but poor country. Americans should be required to see this type of abject poverty at least once on a Caribbean cruise. It really makes you appreciate our quality of life in the USA. We enjoyed the zip line for about 30 minutes, and the caves were cool, dark, and the water was clear and 'shockingly refreshing'. Lunch was excellent and I purchased some of the 'Cashew wine' Belize is famous for. Read Less

This was our first cruise and it was a 7 day cruise on Royal Caribbean’s “Rhapsody of the Seas” ship. We started in Tampa, Florida. We stopped in Key West, Cozumel, Belize and Costa Maya. The staff were all so friendly. Our cruise director, Elvis Pinto was hilarious and made our first cruise so much fun! The food was delicious. Our waiters in the main dining room were so personable and friendly. The activities on board were entertaining and so much fun! Our cabin had a large window looking outside and was always kept so clean for us. We enjoyed all of the ports that we stopped at. The only thing that I would say is that the ship is over 20 years old and could use a renovation. My husband and I had a wonderful time! Would definitely go again! I would recommend this Royal Caribbean cruise to any age! We met all kinds of nice couples. Read Less

Royal Caribbean really deliver all around, world wide, first class attention to the ones looking for a good time to forget all that is happening in the world. The ship was in excellent condition, you can't find a place where you can say, this is wrong! The cabin, were well attendant, in every opportunity we left the stateroom, the guys taking care of out stateroom clean and organized it. He always asked me if everything was OK, and it was more than OK, it was excellent. About Entertainment and Activities; well, let me said that you have plenty to do, and then some. Our boy took advantage of the activities in the ship, and the recommendations we receive from the crew; specially the ones in the dinning section. Talking about dinning; the guys who took care of us on table 102, in the Edelweiss restaurant, were superb, from attention, to speed, accuracy, friendly and all the information we need about the ship itinerary was on a daily conversation. By the way the time we have dinner every day was 0800 PM., perfect for me and my family. I could not be more happy. Service around the ship, is was expected for Royalty; so you can imagine how satisfied we are of have taken this ship for our vacation. The only things I'm a little bit disappointing two destinations Cayman Island; not much to see there, and for the price, no thank you. The other one was Costa Maya; well, let me tell you if you want to pay more for what you are getting in the ship, this is up to you; personally I think that is only another beach, just in a different part of the world. Royal Caribbean already delivering and exceeding what you might be looking for in Costa Maya. Would I go again on a cruise? Yes I will. Would I go with Royal Caribbean? Hell YES!!! Read Less

Closer to home than other ports. About 2 hours drive from home. Embarkation was quick & went smoothly. Food was very good except the bread that was hard in Edelweiss. Complained about it, but it's the same as the next few days. Otherwise the dining crew were very nice, attentive & friendly. Same as the crew in Windjammer buffet & cafe areas in the the ship. Enjoyed the shows. Excellent performers. Room Steward was very nice & friendly. Clean room & fix beds twice/day. Guest services were very helpful. Enjoyed watching & listening to the bands & dancing in Deck 4. Excellent singers. Shore excursion. Key West Bus trolley tour driver did an excellent job. Cozumel panoramic tour was good except tequila tasting. Non-drinker. Tour guide was a historian. Did also shopping. Less expensive than Costa Maya. No shore exc.for Belize. Went shopping to Costa Maya. Bought shirts & magnets for souvenirs. Watched the dolphins. Debarkation was well organized & went smoothly. Read Less
