The solo cabin was not clean. Guest Services did not listen and only changed the time of the cleaning Fortunately I came across a Supervisor of housekeeping and she cleaned the cabin herself. The message is to identify all supervisors and complain early and often.

Without doubt, following on from this experience we will never sail with ncl again. The problems started before we set sail with cancelled port stops and shore excursions. This definitely had an adverse effect on our whole experience. Paying a high price for reduced itinerary seems common practice. I prepaid for the short excursion a few months in advance, but Prima charged one of the excursions again on the credit card provided for the stateroom. We chose this ship among several options for the itinerary. If we had known that 2 of the main stops (one in Iceland, one in Norway) were going to be canceled we would have definitely chosen a different cruise.
