We had not sailed with Regent since the covid outbreak. This was our 5th sailing with them, second time on the Navigator. We were shocked. Every Luxury, high end detail had been lowered, from the wine, liquor (did not even have everyday liquors, like Grand Marnier in stock), to the food. All management on board would listen to your complaints and problems, said they would take care of it, ...

We have been with Regent over 100 nights. In general we were treated like children and pushed around for tours, dining, the Mariner is poorly run in general. The management doesn't care and is openly hostile. This is the culture on this ship now and has never been the culture in the past. Anyone reading my other reviews will know that I am a huge fan of Regent, we have met many lovely people over the years, welcomed them to our hoes and even gone to their weddings. As Cruise Critic makes clear in its own review of the Voyager, the make up of the guests are generally well educated, well travelled people and they choose Regent because they will meet likeminded people. The ship, ...

Over priced. Ship is way overrated. Poor service, poor food, poor company. Only nice thing was the people we met. TERRIBLE customer service. The only thing Regent is efficient at is taking your money. Casino is very unfriendly. You can see the NCL touch - cheapening everything. They offer free side trips, but unless you book them months in advance - forget about them. Also, most people ...
