Let me first state that the previous commenter did not exaggerate at all. As a matter of fact he was kind to give our cruise a two rating, but I stand by my one rating.
We are Platinum member of the RSS Society, with many wonderful cruises and experiences with this cruise line. We are only 40 days away from Titanium level. And we have booked 3 future cruises with Regent. That said, we loved ...
While there are many rusted on Regent Seven Seas (RSS) cruisers who’ll forgive any sin, beware if you don’t fall into that category. RSS is for you if you’re happy with average casino/club food masquerading as fine dining, stage troupe shows a high school would be embarrassed to put on, & a patronising juvenile approach to passenger announcements/liaison that’s more fit for a kindergarten than ...
I am writing ths review to make any potential future guests aware of Regent SS Navigator and our miserable experience with the vibrations and noise which we experienced everyday in Suite at the rear of the ship which on some days was so bad that all of the wall and ceiling the panels where all shaking / rattling due to excessive vibration which totally ruined our first Regent seven seas cruise ...
Ports of call were good - not excellent! Why stop at locations that have nothing to offer? An example woud be Hilo, Hawaii.
The destination personnel were not well trained. Priority guests were not treated like priorities! In most situations - waitlist was an imaginary item.
Basically I would say the ship personnel were very friendly and dedicated employees. Upper management needs to ...
I've just read a number of the reviews for this ship and can't quite believe that I was on the same ship as the other reviewers. We found the cruise, all 40 nights of it to be generally and overwhelmingly wonderful.
The itinerary was brilliant. We travelled from Abu Dhabi to Miami, on the final two legs of the 2017 world cruise. There were some outstanding ports of call and barely any that I ...
Our travel agent recommended this line. We have traveled extensively...more than 140 countries....and cruised on many cruise lines. We booked because of the itinerary. I have to say it was a horrible experience. There were multiple changes to the itinerary with little explanation which was very disappointing. My husband along with a number of other passengers became ill. The doctor on board ...
This cruise was entitled "Sumptuous Safaris" and had it not been for the pre cruise safari, which was the highlight of the trip, it would have been an absolute disaster.
On embarkation we were asked for our "yellow fever cards", which we didn't have and had not been requested to have by Regent. We were told that we should contact our GP and get copies emailed to us, and if we didn't we may not ...
This was our 1st cruise with Regent Seven Seas on m/v Navigator and we were looking forward to an excellent time and service as it is classed as a 6* ship.
The ship was luxurious, a very good suite with top class bedding. The staff kept the suite to an extremely high standard.
The food in the Compass Rose restaurant was also excellent, however, their Prime 7 flagship restaurant was ...
After two cruises on Seven Seas Navigator we are convinced that Regent are not so good as they think they are, and by no means offer 6 star luxury.
On the positive side, the cabins, the selection of drinks, especially wine, afternoon tea, and the putting green are all very good. The pianist was OK, but we warmed to her and enjoyed her quizzes. Highlight of the cruise was a concert given by a ...
We have been on Regent before and expected to spend our 30th Wedding Anniversary and retirement celebration seeing Africa in style. Couldn't have been more disappointed!! Missed ports due to weather we were never warned about, rough seas, too many sea days, mediocre food, very expensive and too many rude staff members, made this the cruise from hell!
The cabins are nice, Prime 7 is good but you ...
