Really nice cruise, although getting on a bit the ship was well maintained. The food was lovely the staff and service perfect. The internet was awful, the entertainment was Ok but on one occasion brilliant, The Spa is just usury a ridiculous quote of 249 dollars was offered for a deep tissue massage and 140 for my wife to have her nails done, this is just greed and I would avoid the spa on these ...

Chosen for its itinerary but the regent excursions were disappointing. Most were your buses with local people. Some really boring stuff and very touristy spots. Given this is east coast of canada I was astonished that there was nothing that showcased the stunning beauty of this coastline. No opportunity to see wildlife or see seabirds or whales. We boarded in Barcelona for a Transatlantic cruise to New York before continuing to Montreal. Although comfortable the ship is looking its age with a surprising amount of silicone apparent in the cabin, and once you see that your eye is of course drawn to other deficiencies, of which there are many.

Why on a luxurious ship are there no automatic doors in public places? Other ships have them so it can’t be due to weather conditions. It’s a hygiene issue

This cruise was the worse. Can you believe the ship actually shut down and no power at 3a. No word from the Bridge, nothing for 4 hours. And then a pathetic apology and nothing more. Breakfast was only cold food and coffee was delayed by an hour. This was totally glossed over by the ship and crew.
