This was my first time to cruise with Regent and was unimpressed. On the whole the service was good but felt they had a lot of new staff being trained.

Loved seeing antarctica. we booked as former fans of regent after 5 previous trips. We were not on the transfer list for the prepaid ride from the airport to the hotel. Took a taxi and had to hagle with ship crew to get reimbursed.
