SEWAGE on Regent Seven Seas Mariner Do NOT CHOOSE Regent Seven Seas… 1 star rating for the Regent Seven Seas Mariner and agent who booked it for the following reasons: I wanted to give you true feedback on my recent cruise that began on Sept 7 2022 from Vancouver Alaska Inside Passage. I asked for a total refund for the upgrade to DECK 8. $5,600. 1. SEWAGE on my DECK 8. This was on the ...

We have been with Regent over 100 nights. In general we were treated like children and pushed around for tours, dining, the Mariner is poorly run in general. The management doesn't care and is openly hostile. This is the culture on this ship now and has never been the culture in the past. Our cruise was tremendously expensive and we did not have the advertised 6****** experience. Trouble on ...

Touted as the best experience in cruising. Extremely disappointed doesn't even describe our experience. Had the best cabin on the ship (Master Suite) for a $60,000 experience of a lifetime on the Seven Seas Mariner for the late June 2019 cruise departure. We booked the cruise about 18 months in advance to have the selection of cabin and itinerary that best fit our schedule. Unfortunately, 2 days ...

We chose this cruise and ship because we had been on the same ship with a different itinerary less than 2 years ago. We even chose the same room. We were told that the ship had been refurbished. Not so, at least in our cabin. So many things were wrong that it is hard to know where to begin. We boarded the ship at 2PM and didn't get our luggage until 5:30PM. The staff was all flustered. ...

This was a cruise in celebration of forthcoming Golden Wedding and a birthday on board. We had selected this cruise because of recommendations from our friends how helpful they had found the crew with respect to special meals. We had sailed on one of the early voyages of the RSS Explorer in 2016 and found the service and cabin exceptional, catering for every need without any problems. On this ...

Regent Cruise Line Actively Discourages People with Disabilities

Review for a Bermuda Cruise on Seven Seas Navigator

I have been a long time Regent cruiser and was concerned about the quality of service after the takeover by Norwegian. In October my wife and I took a 10-day cruise to Canada and then Bermuda. We found the staff as warm and friendly as in the past and the food was at least as good. The entertainment was moderate as I expect on a small ship, but the performers were enthusiastic. But… My wife ...

We have been sailing with Regent since the beginning, over 25 years. We can't say enough how disappointed we were with this cruise. We booked a Master Suite, the best cabin on the ship. While the cabin was spacious, the shower stall was so small you couldn't even bend over. Secondly we had leaks in the room for the first 5 days of the cruise. We had wet carpet every single day for the ...

We thought Regent Seven Seas was a "premium" cruise line. It's not. From the first day there were problems. In our cabin, we tried to turn on the tv to see the safety information. The tv didn't work, so we tried to call someone to fix the tv. The phone didn't work either. One night we turned on the bathroom faucet and muddy, dirty water came out and didn't clear up until the next day ...

This cruise was in 2018. Regent should just give up on this ship and ship out the cruise director too. The staff on Navigator is simply outstanding. The food, overall, is terrific and the staff goes beyond and above each meal to bring a wonderful experience for everyone. The ship is clunky and quickly reveals the origin as a Soviet vessel designed for either spying or ice-breaking. You can ...
