"I have no idea how to use the Medallion to do anything, and Princess offers no support for someone coordinating a family cruise, so we signed up for a group table when we boarded. We had a total of four cabins for eight family members on this cruise, and one of them was a balcony cabin...."Read More

1-10 of 1,022 Princess Regal Princess Cruise Reviews for Gourmet Food to the Caribbean
This was our third cruise with princess, after having a magnificent time on its sister ship, the Royal princess back in 2017 we thought we'd all get back together and try the regal! There were 10 of us ranging from 22-80 years old.
We were all very excited as we had all just loved our time on the Royal princess but I don't know if princess has changed post covid or cruising in general.
First ...
I booked this Spring Break 7 day cruise for 7 people. Synopsis: Irritated and sometimes rude crew staff, Hard sell around every corner, multiple charge errors (duplicate charges/over charges), dining room food was hit or miss, there was an overall lack of activities planned and there were either charges for or a hard sell included in the ones that were planned, the cabins were not set up for the ...
My college aged son and I did the Western Caribbean itinerary for his college term break. It was my 3rd and his 4th time on Regal Princess, and we are both Platinum Status. We flew into Houston Hobby on late Friday night and stayed at the nearby TownePlace Suites, which is a Marriott brand with a mini kitchen. They offered a free Lyft from the airport and were clean and modern. We ordered ...
I just got off the Regal a few days ago and here are my thoughts.
Me: 61 years young, active, not quite retired, Midwesterner. I traveled with my brother and sister-in-law. I chose this itinerary for the ports that included Roatan and Belize, because I wanted to snorkel. Also, this cruise offered a reasonable fare for a solo balcony, my first time for that. This cruise is my last as a Platinum ...
We sailed on the Regal Princess out of Galveston last week in a BW obstructed extended balcony. there was no obstruction looking straight out. The room was clean, comfortable and the cabin steward did a fine job. We made all 3 port stops and had beautiful weather. Smooth sailing the entire week.
The MDR food continues to disappoint. The quality in meats, butter, cheesecake etc is so much ...
We chose this sailing for an 80th birthday celebration for my mother. We wanted to leave from Galveston and were hoping for a more premium experience than the other lines sailing from there. I don’t think Princess delivered though.
First, the Regal Princess is a beautiful ship. Most of the crew were friendly and thoughtful. However, before I even arrived at the terminal, I expected the worst. ...
We had so much fun! Our room steward was amazing! The food in the main dining room was very good. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The International Cafe was delicious and very easy to grab a quick bite. We went late to the dinner buffet, and it was not so great - but it was late and to be expected. The ports were a lot of fun, and this cruise seemed to be a nice mix of sea days and ...
We wanted a different experience than last years Ruby princess cruise. same month, same ports(sorta). similar ships.
Wanted a better experience with service than last year. we paid extra for the Reserve class. we got it. It only provides dining room service. nothing else. they say you get a better location balcony but i didnt see any difference in that. Service in the dining room was ...

Our weeklong cruise on the Regal Princess to Mahahual (Costa Maya), Mexico; Roatan, Honduras; and Cozumel, Mexico was a mixed experience.
The new Princess app and the website were both frustratingly difficult to navigate.
The public areas of the ship were spacious and beautiful, living up to the ship’s name. However, throughout the cruise there was poor sanitation in the public restrooms, ...
