We chose an interior lesser cost cabin so we could spend our money on a Pool Cabana and the Sanctuary. It was fine. Being on Lido Deck 16 we could use open space down the hall as our "balcony" you walk out on the pool deck and you are close to Horizon Court and many bars without getting on an elevator. Movie under the Stars is here too. Read Less

Great "sideways" interior located almost exactly mid ship. Easy access to center stairs, and, as many people know, actually more interior space than a standard balcony. Stateroom was in great shape, with new bed and larger, upgraded TV. No regrets not having a balcony. Used the money saved for Lobster Rolls! Read Less

Although we had an interior cabin, we did not feel claustrophobic. It was centrally located, full of space, maintained well and very quiet. We were not in our cabin for much more than sleeping and getting ready, so it was a good choice for us. The only thing that was off was that there were two bunk beds mounted on the wall and folded up. However, they still stuck out a bit from the wall and we had to take care not to bump into them. I hit my head once quite hard, so in the future would try to get a cabin with no bunk beds or better yet a balcony. Read Less

We loved our stateroom especially entering from the side by the bed. It had a lot of storage space, our luggage's fit under the bed and we have the hard cover type. The other thing we loved about the horizontal set up was that the bathroom was hidden from sight around the corner near the closet. It has a large desk top along with a lot of storage. We were really impressed, we will book this type again! Read Less

We chose an interior cabin for our first cruise to save some money and also we thought the only time we probably would be in there would be to sleep. We were right! Cabin C203 on the Carbie Deck was an interior room that met our needs. The cabin was adjacent to an opening which I had read housed the stage handling equipment for the Princess Theater 3-4 levels below. Some people had said it could be noisy. We did hear some music when they were practicing one day but we were hardly every in the room when a show was going on so we didn't hear anything. We usually got back to our room between 11 and 1 am so the shows were done by then. We also wore ear plugs. The room had a VERY comfortable bed arranged as a queen size. Although dark at night we did bring a night light, but also left the TV on tuned to the ships front view cam so when we awoke we saw it was daylight outside and we could see where we were. Kind of like a window, right? Many people said we were smart to choose an interior cabin because once you have a balcony it is hard to go back. While it would be nice to have a balcony we wonder how much we would have used it. I think my wife and I would have loved to have a cup of coffee sitting out on a balcony in the morning but other than we were fine with our interior room and probably will do the same for our next cruise. The money we saved paid for our excursions. Read Less
