Ship is looking very tired. Buffet food was just ok. Pillows must be 100 years old and hard as rocks. We had a balcony room which was very small. The shower was the smallest shower I have ever seen in my life and trying to wash one self without becoming attached to the plastic shower curtain was an effort. A group of twelve friends embarked on June 3rd in Fairbanks heading down to Denali and then to Anchorage and Seward before boarding the Radiance of the Seas on June 7th.Connections from the airport to the hotel in Fairbanks were extremely smooth. Over all, Horrible crew, Very poor service, at times confrontational. Smell of sewage overwhelming in both of the rooms we booked. Ship in poor condition overall. We were a family of 8...coming from Texas, Florida, Calif. South Carolina. Ages 14 to 65!!! We all met in Anchorage the day before, Stayed at the Marriott...it was comfortable and within easy walking to restaurants and shops in town. Had dinner at Orso`s!!
