This cruise did not start out good. We embarked in Tampa upon checking in we learned of RCCL new point system. This was our anniversary cruise and we were to make diamond status, we learned that we are considered emerald. This was a disappointment, but understood. Sailing was pushed back to 11pm,so the shops and casino didn't open until the next day. Our Junior Suite was nice good size and the ...

This Saturday I returned from a five day cruise on the Radience of the Seas. When we arrived at the port we were able to immediately check in much to our suprise since it was just past noon. We were through the lines in no time with out any problems and the staff was truely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival to our room we were able to book our excursions through the television and was given ...

We are a family of 5. My wife and I, a daughter 17, son 14, and daughter 4 went on this cruise. All but my son have cruised before, all on RCI. Sailing was 3/15 through 3/23. We visited San Juan, St Thomas, St Martin, Antigua, and Nassau. We arrived two days before departure to keep airfare for the cruise reasonable due to spring break. We stayed the Sheraton Yankee Clipper in Fort Lauderdale. She ...

GOLDILOCKS HAS FOUND HER SHIP

So far RCCL is my favorite line but I now have a favorite ship. I did some smaller ships, sovereign and grandeur and a couple of bigger ships, mariner and explorer. some were too small some were too big, radiance is just right. Mind you any ship I am on is great, but if I had to choose, it would be Radiance. Embarkation was quick and easy. We stayed in a GS so we had a priority ticket. When they ...

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary on this cruise. We have not taken a cruise before, but have many friends who have. This cruise line and ship were highly recommended by our travel agent. We flew into Ft. Lauderdale the night before the cruise left and stayed at the Ramada Airport. Our experience here was not good and unfortunately we had a very restless night. I would not recommend ...

We drove to Fort Lauderdale from Melbourne early on the 22nd, arriving about 10 a.m. Parking was easy, though a little inconvenient for pedestrians. DH brought his mobility scooter, so I got dropped off with the luggage and he parked. The luggage handlers were nice and efficient; we tipped $1 per bag for 3 bags. Boarding was almost immediate and quite simple and fuss-free. Our carry-on is a ...

I cannot say enough about the beauty of the Radiance. I have cruised 20 times prior on 5 different cruise lines and I can safely say that this ship is the most beautiful I've ever sailed on. She shines like no other. Our balcony cabin was small...almost too small. We travelled with our adult children (they were in another cabin) and we could not all 4 be in the actual cabin together. 2 on the ...

It's taken a little time to get this together, but it's finally done. We had a great 8 night Eastern Caribbean cruise on the Radiance. It was a long-planned cruise for us (50 something couple) and was designed to allow us to have an intimate vacation while visiting some islands to look for spots for future land-based trips. Pre-Cruise: We flew from Seattle to Ft Lauderdale on American Airlines ...

Travelled from Glasgow via London to Miami with AA. Everything went well. Hired a car and drove to Holiday Inn at Lauderdale by the Sea for 4 days. This hotel is past its sell by date for decor but it was friendly and had the facilities we wanted. Enjoyed stay although we just missed taking a direct hit from a tornado by a short distance(1/2 mile)when out driving. Very very scary. Transfer ...
