Ok But Not Wow By: Ambersview
Ok but not wow. The constant rattle of the ship made sleeping without earplugs hard. And our suite attendant was just leaving so every day almost delivered the info addressed to other guests etc :(

Cabin 8668

We have travelled on Royal Caribbean before on a 2 bedroom cabin and this was one was disappointing. There are no windows to the bedrooms, even the main one. There is only one sliding door for natural light to the lounge area. As the cabin is at the back of the ship, the lounge area is an odd shape and not as usable as it could be. Also, the balcony is not that large and also an odd shape. The balcony wasn’t really that nice to sit in and was fairly cramped and dirty. The balcony glass was very dirty. The main bathroom was fine and reasonably spacious. The second bathroom was very small and has a very tiny shower with a plastic shower curtain which is not very hygienic and very dated. The main bedroom is very spacious but really needs natural light. The second bedroom is also very spacious and can easily accommodate 4 people (2 on bunk beds that are fine). The sofa bed in the lounge area is not very comfortable and you would struggle to sleep on it for 9 nights.Overall would not recommend this cabin unless it came at a discounted price that made it worth it. It’s also a long walk to the elevators. We booked late so had few options. Royal Caribbean was very accommodating by putting our family close by, which is why we went with this cabin. If you have sailed on other ships like the Oasis this 2 bedroom cabin on the Radiance is nothing like the quality of these other ships.

Our two bedroom suite was amazing. It states it could fit eight persons but I think this would be a couple two many. The room is ideal for six persons with two in the main bedroom and four in the other room. The room has a nice living area and a large balcony with four chairs and table, and two lounge chairs.

Very narrow staterooms, needs to be at least one foot wider, and a lot of waste space in public areas.

The cabin was spacious and perfect for our group of 8. 4 teenagers slept in one bedroom (2 beds and 2 Pullman style bunks); 2 slept on the foldout couch; and then we had the Master Bedroom to ourselves. The balcony was spacious. My only suggestion would be to request a SMALLER table on the balcony - takes up too much room and to have one of the long chairs removed in place of regular chairs to create a little more space. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone slept well throughout the cruise. 2 bathrooms is phenomenal for a group our size - THANK YOU! One note: ALL WATER BOTTLES are billable (even if a card says ENJOY the amenities as our compliments). The bar tried to invoice us for those water bottles - we won that battle (not easily though). Our Suite Attendant was outstanding!! ENJOY this spacious and comfortable suite.
