On day 1, we arrived at Lambert's Landing in St. Paul to find no boat at the dock. When we called the office to find out why, they said there was a last minute change and the boat had been docked in Red Wing, MN and that we would have to find our own way there. Our initial experience was bad in that the cruise line failed to pick us up at the hotel for transfer to the ship, taking our luggage but leaving us behind and then just shrugging this off with no real apology or effort to make the situation right.
