Went with family members, we had two cabins. The NCL agent had our cabins on different decks instead of next to each other. We have booked with this agent before. Norwegian had the itinerary we wanted! We had not cruised on a ship holding 4000 passengers before & wanted to see for ourselves what it would be like. The Joy has lots of things to do onboard and we never really felt crowded even though the ship was full. This was a 10 day cruise out of Quebec with stops in Sagunay, Charlottetown, Sydney, Portland, Boston, Martha's Vineyard, and ending in Baltimore.
