i-pad check-in? Waited 2 hours at the terminal in Barcelona. Water offered may be nice! More broadband than all cruise ship added together? Internet barely works. Satellite TV? Can't get any basic news for 5 out of 16 days. Staff- They are all very good. Tries hard and sincere. That includes all dining rooms, pool bars, activities etc... Guest service area- VERY POOR. This is a brand new, very sophisticated ship. Some things work really well and some don't. Unsurprisingly the most impressive bright spots I recall involve crew members doing a particularly good job.
