We chose this cruiser for the itinerary and the low price which included a basic beverage package, Cabin was dated and the wallpaper worn but the mattress was good, the linens fresh, the plumbing worked and everything was clean. Staff were friendly throughout. Food good with reasonable choice. Excellent al fresco dining aft of the buffet with great views. Entertainment OK for a small ship. ...
We chose the cruise because of three good experiences with Pullmanturs. We are British, but both speak Spanish, so there was no language problem - not that there would have been. All the crew are at least bilingual. Zenith herself is not a youngster, and a tiny bit tatty in places, but always clean. The food on board was the best we have ever had on a cruise, ad indeed on a par with many five ...
Very low overall level of service on the vessel. Poor control and management in the bars and restaurant. The same cocktail in different bars has a completely different taste. Dish cleaners did their work slowly and lazily. From the side, their discontent with all is noticeable.
The general condition of the vessel is not satisfactory. Inside the elevators feeling very hot, the ventilation system ...
Itinerary was some stops that we wanted to see. (Lisbon, Amsterdam,Dover,Kiel/Rostock) The crew went the extra distance to make our cruise enjoyable. The Pullmanur Zenith is an older ship but the price, staff, crew, and service make up for it. We are frequent cruisers and have been on many lines. We were surprised at how much service we were given for an incredibly economic price. The cruise fare ...
If Pullmantur can save a dime on something, it will end up costing you $1.
They will either tender or find the cheapest dock space there is available.
Stockholm= tender to port in another town (up to 2.5 hours wait), walk 15 min to train station or pay $5 for shuttle, 1 hr train to town for $20. All the connections really limit your time available.
Copenhagen= dock in another country, ...
Enjoyed the cruise very much can't say the same for my fellow British passengers! We avoided them as much as possible. If moaning was in the Olympics we were cruising with a lot of gold medalists!OK the ship was tired looking and had a few problems with the public toilets but just get on and make the best of your holiday. After all they were only making themselves miserable by moaning.Thank god for ...
This was our first cruise and after reading the reviews in advance were a little worried, however the fears were soon dispelled. Our cabin(9006) was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The food on board was excellent both in the main restaurant and buffet.
The ship was very clean throughout and the lounges and bar areas were well maintained.
The staff were amazing - so polite but ...
So looks like my first ever cruise was to be the last for this ship in its present form.....it's now on its way to a refit before moving to the Caribbean.
Desperately needs a refit cos its tired beyond redemption.......supposedly had a Deluxe Cabin with Balcony but Deluxe is described as "Particularly elegant, luxurious, or elaborate for its kind; of superior quality or refinement:". .....not ...
We chose this cruise as it had tribute acts we had seen in our local club in Spain. We had what was advertised as a junior suite, apparently it wasn't. The bathroom stank! We were to,d to keep the plug in the bath to stop the smell. The bed was comfy, plenty of storage. Our cabin steward never cleaned it properly. All inclusive! I don't drink alcohol and due to being diabetic don't drink ...
We were a party of 6 in three cabins with balcony, the cabins were good, the food was excellent and the entertainment was first class, although Mr Bubbles was probably more for the kids. Great crew all friendly. We read some bad reviews before we boarded, but hey there are always wingers so all was a pleasant surprise.. Full marks to the Zenith crew. The ship is a old but was in good condition, ...
