This is our 19 cruise on Princess and our second on the Regal. The Regal holds 3600 passengers and when you are on a transatlantic and the Princess theatre is UNAVAILABLE for the entire cruise and the weather is cold and blustery this is not good. The ship is very classy. We did not get to stop in Boston or Newport due to Hurricane Jose. However, Princess stopped at the Manhatten cruise terminal. Elevators were a problem, customer service desk tucked away, have to go up to 7 to get to 6. Oh, you went to 5 in order to get to 6, can't do that either. Good Value at price for relocation cruise. However, service average and inconsistent. Certainly a physically nice ship. Food can be called average at best. Very seldom above warm!! Disappointing.
