I booked this cruise because it went to Iceland. Little did I know that it was an "old" ship that had a myriad of problems and a staff that was clearly not putting the guest first.
I've never been under house arrest, but I expect this was pretty close - wearing the tracking device, having no say in anything and having to just shut up and put up.
From noise that kept me up at night (got my ...
Gave high marks for the ship and the cruise in general. The service was great, I always found the crew friendly, smiling and helpful. My cabin steward was outstanding and I also found my favorite bar steward. In the main dining room they were mostly great.... there will always be some who are better than others, but I was always aware of how hard these people work and long days. It's pretty ...
we did the transatlantic on the regal from Rome to FLL last fall. It was so good that we booked up this crossing while on board. the crew is INCREDIBLE! The service everywhere on the ship was OUTSTANDING!
We had club class dining ,with our mini suite, and to us ....it was perfect. The advantage of immediate seating at all meals and the quality of the dining staff left us extremely satisfied ...
This is our 21th cruise since the restart with seventeen on Princess. This trip took a more northerly course that cooled down the temperatures by day three. With none of the pools being heated (did not check the pool at the back of the ship), pools were colder than usual and not usable after day three.
Food was better than on previous cruises with some minor changes to the menu selections. ...
We took the Transatlantic from Ft. Lauderdale to Southampton on March 18, 2023.
Ship Capacity is 4100 but only 2100 people on board and just 8 children.
A couple of ports were skipped due to weather issues but the Captain kept us safe and calm.
One of the absolute best cruises we have ever taken.
Embarkation in Ft. Lauderdale was a breeze...quick easy, simple and on the ship in under ...
Love transatlantic cruises and this sailing had Casablanca and Coruna, 2 ports we’d never visited, so . . . The Sky Princess is only a few years old, and very nicely furnished—good ship if you prefer a relatively small ship. We were lucky that the cruise was only half full—about 2,000 passengers.
We stuck to the main dining rooms, where food and service was great every night. Alfredo’s is a ...
The Enchanted Princess is a Beautiful ship and we really enjoyed out time onboard during our 20 day Trans-Atlantic cruise from Ft. Lauderdale to Barcelona x 2. First I will start with the boarding process which was an absolute breeze with the medallion pendant already in hand we were in the waiting lounge within minutes of arriving at the port. We quickly went up to the Lido deck and enjoyed a ...
This three week cruise was the trip of a lifetime. ALL of the crew that you came in contact were outstanding in their there servicing your requests. Even on the Lido Deck where on most ships it's a bit of a battle to get drinks etc. Not on this ship. They actually have enough crew up there to bring you anything you want. The formal service dining people are special people. This ship has ...
We were booked onto this cruise as part of a package to visit the south usa rhythm and blues music area. The cruise was to return to the UK by sea.
The food was good , the entertainment moderate, the music venues were generaĺy too loud and conversation impossible. There are more or less no quiet areas any more.
Luckily the boat was only 2/3 full so generaĺy not over busy.
The main ...
We sailed the Grand Princess in October 2022 and it was a pretty poor cruise. When we discovered that another Princess cruise, aboard the Enchanted, was the only one that fit our timeline this spring, I didn’t expect much out of it. I am happy to say that I was wrong.
The Grand had that ‘Motel 6,’ tired look and feeling, Enchanted was one of the better looking ships I have sailed. There were ...
