Firstly, this ship is too big with far too many people onboard and not enough staff. In summary, a fantastic cruise. Recently, we've sailed with so-called budget lines (MSC\Costa) with an NCL cruise dotted in. Sometimes it's worth paying that bit extra and Princess certainly felt like that. Least favourite of Princess ships. Food is of poorer quality even though the dinner menu is the same on all Princess ships. ventilation system is extremely poor. This was the third sailing of the vessel, so a bunch of stuff was not yet operational which is why she gets 4 out of 5. Whilst not everything on the ship is working, deck 19, the rest of the ship is fantastic. We had a mini suite. The room looked nice but opened the curtains to the balcony and turned around to see hair from previous guests everywhere and something had been spilled all down the front of the table and fridge. Avoid E504 like the plague. The noise in this cabin was like a trapped poltergeist trying to escape from inside of the cabin walls. The banging noise was frightening. This only happened at sea. It took loads of complaints and after 8 days we moved to a quiet cabin. This problem affected quite a number of passengers in the lower/middle ship area. This cruise is absolutely awful!! The food is terrible in all the restaurants including the specialty restaurants. The lady who is the cruise director is awful!!
