We have cruised many times of Princess. We were very disappointed on this trip. We booked it as a 32 day cruise from Buenos Aires to LA, not knowing that it was two trips. We did expect rough waters but we didn't except not to see Cape Horn, one of the reasons for the trip. We also had a port excluded because of the weather. There were so many extra sea days.

Beginning on Day 1, we saw signs in the bathrooms on decks 5, 6, and 7 that said, "We're On it." It got worse with each of the 33 days on the ship -- to the point where you could NOT find an operational bathroom (both men's and women's).

I know will all that is going on in the world today there is much that is changed. However, we pay the same and get shortchanged... We were tested 4 times, still had to wear masks, fine, I get it. Ship was at less than 50%, sadly this also meant you got 50% of the service. Some staff went above and beyond, other areas of the ship were very lacking in service.

I originally chose this cruise for the itinerary. It may have sounded wonderful on paper but the experience couldn't have been further from the truth. Although some things were not Princess's fault I say 90% was. This is a very old ship that should have been in dry dock.
