Too few waiters, too much cost cutting, penny pinching everywhere, but staff great and ship in good condition. Food nowhere need as good as it used to be and repeated items on each evenings menus. First the pros of this cruise and the Sapphire Princess ship, and there were several areas that were excellent:
1. Medallion service/functionality is great. Making it very easy to order food and drinks pretty much anywhere on the ship. Embarkation was simple/easy. The medallion appears to be the only new thing that Princess has done since we sailed last with them in 2016.

Beginning on Day 1, we saw signs in the bathrooms on decks 5, 6, and 7 that said, "We're On it." It got worse with each of the 33 days on the ship -- to the point where you could NOT find an operational bathroom (both men's and women's).

My husband had never been to Hawaii so we chose this cruise. His biggest complaint on this ship is that the casino had not poker table.
