Usual, Excellent Princess Cruise. Princess ships are usually immaculate, with excellently trained staff. The Crown Princess needs some work. IE: Paint, repairs etc. That being said the crew (nearly everyone) we came in contact with were fabulous, friendly, helpful, informative, polite, & accommodating.
