Ruby Princess needs a complete overhaul of her plumbing etc. There were extensive problems with toilets not working, flooding in some cabins and even the kitchen got flooded. Overall Princess knows how to visit Alaska and they do it well. The itinerary was wonderful, Sitka, Haines, Glacier Bay, Juneau and the not so wonderful Prince Rupert.
