I got a good deal for Mexico cruise so thought why not? I had sailed with HAL and Celebrity several times so have some frame of reference. The Bad: the dining experience was awful, we struggled to get reservations each night which wouldn't have been an issue but for the fact that the buffet/market (whatever they call it) was so dismal. We chose this particular voyage to sail out of San Diego (first time) and escape the winter cold to Hawaii. We choose this particular cruise to Hawaii for the itinerary, after trying for the past two years to sail there and being cancelled due to Covid restrictions. This is my first cruise post pandemic and chose this cruise to avoid distance embarkation point to avoid flying. Simply driving down to San Diego to board this ship was very attractive to us.
