Transatlantic Enchanted Princess Transatlantic Cruise Reviews

The balcony in the suite. It’s a little tight. Little too much “stuff”. There are two planters that really take up what small moving area there is.
The grandeur of the Enchanted!
Part of the bathroom in the suite. Notice the marble flooring. So we’ll done!

Nice cruise, was left stranded in Copenhagen
"We talked to customer service about it they offered us a speciality dining credit but we have done them before and for us they are a waste of food as we can't eat that much so we declined they offer and just decided to not eat in the dining room for dinner again. We did enjoy the Good Spirits bar with the new creative cocktails, that place bacame our freind as we ended up eating dinner at the internation cafe so many times...."Read More

Disappointing ship, not suited to transatlantic trips

We chose this voyage primarily for transport from then UK to USA to avoid airports and flying. Embarkation went very smoothly if ‘green line’ access had been secured through pre Voyage registration however the majority of guests had not done so with ‘blue line’ entry crowded and slow, compounded by departure being delayed to wait for guests delayed at Heathrow airport. The ship’s interior is ...

We chose this cruise primarily for the destinations and the price. We are normally loyal to Celebrity Cruise Lines but we thought we would try this transatlantic cruise because it was somewhat less expensive than Celebrity for, what we thought, a similar product. I'll start by saying that the staff on-board the ship are amazing. They are interested in making sure you have a good time and try ...

Don’t get injured on a Princess cruise

We chose this transatlantic cruise so it’s not to have to endure an overseas flight after our land tour through Great Britain. It had interesting stops in Ireland, Norway and the Azores. On the eighth day of the cruise I fell while exiting a food line and was seriously injured. The treatment that I received from the crew and that ship was deplorable. I was told that we were at the Azores but the ...

Fun and Relaxing Cruise

A transatlantic has always been on my bucket list, and after two cancellations, finally it happened. The ship is beautiful in subdued pale blue and tan. This crossing was 2/3 full so never crowded anywhere. We ate at one of the main dining rooms every night except one night when we had the Ultimate Balcony Dinner. Although we had reservations at the Amalfi, staff was always accommodating when and ...

We wanted to try a newer ship like Enchanted Princess, off peak season to avoid problems at the airports. We uploaded the medallion app on my cell phone and filled out all the information as required with some getting used to initially. We bought the Princess' transfer to Southampton terminal from London Heathrow. There were personals to take our luggage but we had to wait for about an hour ...

High Expectations poor outcomes

Normally, we do not write reviews and on this transatlantic cruise we enjoyed our Cabin Steward and some of the entertainment staff. As I read some of the reviews I fully agree with the negatives concerning The World Market Place, and the poor WI-FI. We felt for one young woman who is a remote worker and she could not connect. And yes the Cruise Director made a joke of this. The main dining was ok ...

Less than Stellar

We chose this cruise based on prior cruises with Princess and because of the itinerary. We thought it would be a good value for the experience. Overall this cruise was pleasant, but there were a lot of factors which prevented this from being a "five" value. Most of them appear to be at their root issues with management and systems (both design and implementation). Most of the time each day we ...

The TransAtlantic cruise was fine, the cabin was great nice size and and balcony was small but that was expected. I loved the 6 sea days crossing the ocean. Embarkation was fine, our covid tests from CVS didn't come in on time so we had to pay $100 dollars to test at the port. unexpected cost but we wanted to get on the ship. Boarding went fast easy check in after testing on board in about 45 ...

This 14 Day Repositioning Cruise from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Copenhagen, Denmark on this new ship was a very nice experience. We were about 2400 passengers onboard, with a capacity of 3600. We had beautiful weather throughout the trip. This was my 30th cruise, my third on Princess. The Positive: The staff and crew were wonderful. Service overall was excellent. The ships public rooms ...

Great Transatlantic 'repositioning' cruise on a new ship

Review for Enchanted Princess to Transatlantic

The ship was about half full with a full compliment of crew; they were also in the middle of a transition from their old Point of Sale system to the new 'Medallion' system. Service was excellent everywhere, with very few, small exceptions. Dining was just average, as has been my experience with Princess before, so on par. We had a very nice experience at the deck 16 buffet, both service and ...
